PGA is produced by a unique technology to ferment. It was first found in natto microbial fermentation. The structure is that glutamic acid combine with ɑ-amino group and γ -Carboxyl group. The test result of TEWL shows that PGA is a long-lasting moisturizer. It has high molecular weight. The molecules involve each other and form a wide molecular network. The unique structure makes it has a smooth film, enhance skin texture, enhance resistance to adverse environments.
